Hello and welcome to Claremont Retirement Village!

My name is Clare Kilar Bismuth, and I have been involved with this facility from the very first day in 1988 when opened our doors. I was originally an investor and merely expected to get a return on my investment as a co-general partner.  However, a series of events happened that found me taking over management in 1993. I now feel that running Claremont Retirement Village is one of the main reasons I’m on this earth for I love seniors and feel very blessed to contribute to their well-being.

At this moment, we have 10 residents who have lived at Claremont for at least 10 years.  One lady turned 100 this year and she is so sharp and bright. We have residents that range in age from 54 to 102.  29% of our residents are men.

Our residents understand the benefits of living in a senior congregate environment.  It’s a known fact that this kind of living adds years to your loved one’s life.  My staff and I only wish we could make everyone understand this. To put it simply, Claremont Retirement Village is the kind of place you can be comfortable bringing Mom and Dad to live in.
