Move-In Day!

  • On the day of move-in, you will need a check for your first month’s rent unless you have already taken care of it.  We will pro-rate your rent.
  • You will need to sign our Residency Agreement.  We do not have yearly leases.
  • Make sure you have placed the electric in your name if you live in Independent Living.  And contact the phone company for your own account.
  • Please bring your address book to notify all your family, friends, clubs and church of your new address.  Address change cards are available at the business office in the Village.
  • The CCL Director will do an evaluation assessment.
