AGAPE Wellness Clinic at CRV
Claremont Retirement Village has partnered with AGAPE Health Care Agency to provide in-house clinical services to our residents.
Tami, Fatima, & Debbie
The AGAPE Clinic provides the following services:
Nursing Services
Debbie DeLuca, RN, and Tammy Howard, RN staff our clinic and provide blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, minor dressing changes, blood oxygen checks and general assessments.
Clinic Hours: Monday 10am – 5pm and Thursday 9:30am – 1 pm
Physician Services
A Medical Doctor is available at the clinic to provide medical examinations and consultations.
Clinic Hours: Mondays 3 – 5 pm by appointment
Lab Services
Blood draws and urinalysis will be picked up and results faxed to the AGAPE private fax line.
This service is available for on-site lab draws and collection of specimens for lab testing when needed.
PT/OT/Speech Therapy
Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services are facilitated by AGAPE Health Care Agency, LLC as home health care services ordered by resident’s physician.
Dental Services
Dental Hygiene on Site will provide mobile dental services, including X-rays, cleanings, examinations, extractions, restorative services and denture services. Call Clinic to schedule.
Ophthalmology Services
Columbus Ophthalmology will provide free glaucoma and visual acuity screenings quarterly. Call Clinic for next date.
Audiology Services
Free comprehensive hearing evaluations and hearing aid checks quarterly. Call Clinic for next date.
Psychological Counseling
Professional consultants will provide psychological counseling to any resident experiencing difficulty with transition and life changes.
X-ray Services
Service will come to the Claremont to x-ray any non-threatening, possible fractures and will assist in Pacemaker checks and EKG testing.
Durable Medical Equipment
Central Ohio Oxygen & Medical Equipment provide quarterly equipment checks on walkers and wheelchairs and will provide a specialist to fit any doctor orders for wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen and assistive devices as needed.
